You’re probably wondering how an old oven will blog? Well, actually, the owners of the Magic Chef brand will be doing the blogging on its behalf. And, now that we have your attention, we bet you’re wondering a bit about that first gas oven, which was named Magic Chef, arriving in 1929 by American Stove Company.
Magic Chef is now owned by CNA International, which purchased the 80-year old brand from Maytag in 2010. The purpose of this blog is to share a little history, and keep consumers and business customers informed not only of Magic Chef news, but also other details about the company’s well-known brands, such as Oster® and Sunbeam,® registered trademarks of Sunbeam Products, Inc. used under license, and Ewave®, Norpole®.
